Poplar Ridge is a 250-acre private gated community located outside of South Asheville. The area is tucked away from busy roads in rolling hills. It's just a short drive to either South Asheville or Fairview.

The homes are large and upscale, on 1 to 6 acres. The median sales price for a single-family home is $1.6-1.7 million, and a vacant lot costs around $140,000. The cost of building is a bit higher than usual since the lots can be steep and are at higher elevations. The perks, though... You'll likely have a gorgeous view and a serene neighborhood!

It should be noted that there is an HOA fee of $314 per month. This fee covers road maintenance, gate and security, street lights, stormwater management, and common areas, including playgrounds and picnic areas. You can be certain that your area will be well tended to!

Residents have access to city water, but all properties need to have private septic systems. Don't let this scare you away! Nesting Dolls Realty is here to help you discover a house (or site) that you'll love. We'll be there every step of the way to make sure you understand what is included in the property and what it will take to make your property more than just land or a house. It will be your home!
