Champion Hills Golf Community was established in the mid-90s. Since then, it has continued to grow and gain its place as one of the top communities in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
There's a home to match everyone including single-family houses, townhomes, and vacant lots, too! Lot sizes range from .10-2.5 acres. Median sales prices are $937K for houses and $600K for townhomes. HOA fees are required--$391 per month for houses and $690 per month for townhomes. A club membership is not required, but will cost extra and is set at different tiers.
