We continue making our way through the top communities in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Let’s take a peek at the gated community, Kenmure. This community was established in the mid-1980s in Flatrock, just next to Hendersonville. While many houses were built at that time, properties have been continuously developed since then, and there are still empty lots available!

Kenmure centers around a golf course, however, residents are not required to purchase golf club memberships. They are, though, required to pay monthly HOA fees. These fees cover an assortment of amenities and vary depending on the property you purchase. The median sales price for a single-family home is $900K with HOA fees at $133 per month. Condos are in the mid-$700Ks, with an HOA fee of $138 per month. Lot sizes vary between 1/3 to 4.5 acres.
